About us

Since 2011, I have been an attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association. That year I also established my independent law practice.

I have gathered my vast professional experience in commercial law, civil law, real estate law and labour law since 2004 while providing legal services to international corporations and working as a lawyer in many Warsaw law firms.

I have effectively represented the clients in hundreds of court disputes. I have provided legal services to individuals in both civil and real estate cases.

Currently, I primarily provide legal services to business entities, including listed quoted companies. More recently, I have become passionate about the IT industry, which is undergoing immense growth. As well as the legal aspects, I am well versed in the business aspects of transactions within this sector. I counsel companies investing in software and technology, as well as start-ups. These advice covers the complete process, starting from the choice of legal form of the business through the opening of companies to the investors' entry.

The spectrum of my services as a legal advisor includes the assessment and negotiations of agreements, the provision of legal advice, the drafting of pleadings and legal opinions as well as the legal representation of clients in court.

I also have longstanding experience as a member of Supervisory Boards.

Clients appreciate my high level of commitment, promptness and efficiency, as well as my reasonable approach to their legal problems.

Thanks to the multiple challenges in my everyday work as a legal practitioner, I do not get into a routine and I can continue to develop while enjoying my work.

I am the author of the article " The investors' legal security measures at start-ups" in "Law and Modernity. Challenges-problems-hopes", edited by A. Hrycaj, A. Łazarska and P. Szustakiewicz, Warsaw 2019, and

"Protection of the company's interest in a new form of running a start-up business, i.e. a simple joint-stock company" in "Law in the service of the State and Citizens - new patterns of change in Polish legal systems", edited by Ł. Pilarz, Lublin 2020.

I am a co-author of the broadcast "Law on a daily basis" on TV REGIO and TVT Zgorzelec, where I present various legal topics in an accessible way.

Privately

I am interested in the history of art. I graduated from a postgraduate course in this field in 2016. Art has been the theme of many of my travels in Europe and the United States.

I also have a deep interest in the field of healthy lifestyle, especially healthy eating.

I have a husband Michał and a daughter Stefania.
